Property Check-ins
Do you need someone to check on your property after a storm? To make sure your bubblers are operating as they should? Regular property check - ins for insurance purposes? Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Emergency options available.
Short Term Rental - Local Contact
Does your Short - Term Rental License require a local contact (some towns refer to it as a “Responsible Person”)? This is generally someone that needs to be available by phone within 30 minutes and on the property within 60 minutes in the event of an emergency. We can help!
Custom Concierge Services
Do you need tradespeople hired and co-ordinated? Cleaners? Laundry Services? Firewood delivered? Garbage removed for guests? Reach out to us and we will make cottaging easy for you.
